Includes a nutritional program specifically designed for YOU, based on protein-sparing dieting, which means you gain muscle as you drop weight. This method of dieting focuses on burning carbohydrates for fuel instead of protein thus enabling your body to develop muscle tissue at the same time it's focusing on getting rid of body fat.  The key is the combinations and timing of the meals.  Instead of eating the wrong foods at the wrong times, the client is taught to recognize food strictly as fuel. This helps the client learn to eat the proper foods for their individual bodies, at the correct times.  This is crucial in establishing an accelerated metabolic rate, which makes the body a more efficient, nutritionally balanced, calorie burning machine. The program includes cardiovascular exercise based on the Krebs Cycle of fat burning.  This exercise method goes beyond the normal aerobic effect in order to maximize fat loss in the shortest amount of time.
